Material is crushed into specified particle size by jaw crusher.Lift to material hopper by bucket elevator，then sent into the main frame cavity for grinding by feeding machine quantitatively。The grinding roller inside main frame cavity rotates around the central shaft.And swings horizontally outwardly under the action of centrifugal force.Material is sending to the gap between grinding roller and grinding ring under the force of blade being crushing grinding and micronize under the action of milling .Grinding roller is cast of wear resistant material and the contact surface with material is subjected to wear-resistant treatment less wearing long service life Grinding mill has the advantages of large crushing ratio high efficiency and low energy consumption .

The pulverized powder is blown to the classifier which above the main frame by the blower airflow for classifying.The forced turbine classifying system has high precision.Fine particle size and fineness of the finished product can be adjusted freely between 0.18-0.038mm.The coarse powder fall into main frame for re-grinding.

Qualified powder flow into cyclone collector through the classifying and collected as end product. Part of the after wind exhaust into air through the pulse collector after purification.The entire system wind path is circular.The efficiency of pulse dust collection is up to the national environment protection standard and the dust-free operation in the workshop is realized. The end product can be packed by the packaging machine below cyclone collection discharge valve, can also be sent to end product hopper through the gas delivery system transported by tanker.
